Refund policy
Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item is found to be defective or has been damaged in transit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product is found to be defective, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return of a defect or damaged item, please email us at shop@sonoraresort.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
The time required for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.
Please be aware that all Gift Card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.
